Google Sheets

A new row is a new lead. And the sheet stays your CRM.

What it does

Two jobs. A new row triggers a WhatsApp message inside a minute — the speed-to-lead case — and a flow writes results back, so reply text, status, timestamp and opt-out land in the sheet the business already runs on.

There is also a bulk send that reads a column of numbers.

Connecting it

Google OAuth, requesting `drive.file` and nothing wider. You choose each spreadsheet through the Google Picker.

What to know before you rely on it

Cosend can only see the sheets you pick
That is what `drive.file` means: access to files you open with the app or hand it through the picker, and no ability to browse or list your Drive. Picking a sheet is a one-time step per sheet, not per run.
Sheets we create are already in scope
Ask Cosend for a lead sheet and there is no picker step at all — it made the file, so it can write to it.
Searching all your spreadsheets is not offered
It would need a scope Google classifies as restricted, which carries an annual third-party security assessment. The picker is the trade, and it is a better privacy story than the alternative.
