Bookings, reminders and reschedules — the no-show killer.
What it does
A booking becomes a confirmation; a reminder goes out before the appointment with a one-tap confirm; a cancellation starts a reschedule flow. Two event types and a small surface, which is why Doc 6 costs it at two days.
Connecting it
Calendly OAuth for the product; personal access tokens are offered to developers.
What to know before you rely on it
- Webhooks need a paid Calendly plan
- Calendly allows API reads on any plan including Free, but a webhook subscription requires their Standard, Teams or Enterprise plan. A free-plan Calendly account cannot trigger a Cosend reminder — the connector detects this when you connect and offers the calendar route instead, rather than failing at the first booking.
