Accurate

What it does

An automation reads one Accurate shipment by its code: its status, the recipient’s name and phone numbers, the sender’s name and the reference number. A WhatsApp reply can then tell the customer where their shipment is.

Connecting it

You enter your Accurate username and password and your shipping company’s Accurate API address. Cosend signs in once to check them before the account is saved.

Each shipping company runs Accurate at its own address, which starts with https://. Your shipping company gives you the address and the login.

Reads only

Cosend reads shipments and changes nothing in Accurate.
